Shipping Information - Updated 7/12
Orders are currently at a 2-7 business day turnaround (time it takes me to prepare your package before dropping off at the post office)
I may still get orders out faster, but this is a safe average for me right now. If you're curious how quickly a package will be shipped, please email me before you order. Also please note, this processing time does not include the time that USPS requires to deliver the items. If you need an item by a specific date PLEASE reach out before you order, so that I know to look out for your order, or so I can tell you if it's possible or not.

Pins and patches will be mailed in a bubble mailer for protection. Larger quantities or orders mixed with other products will generally be mailed in a large mailer or box that is best suited for the weight and size of the items.
I have added a sticker option where they can be mailed in a regular stamped letter envelope for a cheaper rate. Please understand there is no tracking or insurance with this option. I do my best to protect the stickers within the envelope, but if you're concerned or want tracking, you may upgrade to first class package or priority rates.
If you are in a hurry, please reach out to me and see if your deadline can be met. I always recommend Priority Shipping if you are on a deadline, please remember there is a turnaround time before the actual 2-day priority shipping time.
I am not responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen or missing items once the package has been taken in by USPS. I will not refund or replace these items. If you are worried about your item being lost or damaged, please purchase priority shipping as your package then includes insurance up to $50. If you tracking shows "delivered" and you cannot locate the package, please reach out to your local mail carrier or post office. Sometimes things will be marked delivered a day or two before they actually arrive - and unfortunately sometimes items get lost or stolen.
**Due to USPS cuts and delays, I will not refund or replace an item stuck in pre-transit for four weeks from the mailing date (date you were notified it was shipped) since some items are still arriving just never having been scanned in.**
Any orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require the buyer/customer to purchase shipping again to have the item sent to an updated address. The other option is getting a refund for the original purchase price, minus shipping and handling costs.
Cancellations will be charged a 15% restocking fee, I do not accept cancellations after the shipping label has been created.
Domestic
USPS First Class Mail is your cheapest option, but does not include tracking or insurance. USPS Ground Advantage is a good medium as it includes tracking, but please note it does not include insurace.
I recommend upgrading to Priority Mail if you are on a timeline or would like insurance + tracking. Again, I am not responsible for any lost or delayed packages once they enter USPS possession.
International
Please be aware of all fees and taxes associated with receiving mail from the United States to your country. Customers are 100% responsible for any and all of these additional fees or taxes. I can not and will not mark anything as "gift" or lower value of the package to help avoid these. This is illegal, and I will not risk it.
I have recently lowered my international shipping fees for non-tracked, un-insured packages. They are now about half they were before! They are based on package weight. These are prices set by the postal service.
Please understand that shipping from the USA to international countries does come with longer shipping times. Once the postal service takes in these packages, I am not responsible for delayed or missing packages.
If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to pay for shipping again and provide an updated/complete address before I will resend it.

Lost Items
Once the USPS takes in your package, I am no longer responsible for it. If the item says it is delivered and you cannot find it at your home, please contact the local branch of USPS (the one that handles your route). Provide them with the tracking number. Let them know the situation and hopefully they can find it. I also recommend checking in with neighbors or other people that live at that address to see if they got it by mistake.
What happens if my shipping address is wrong?
Depends! If you notice you gave me the wrong shipping address before I ship your package or print the label - I can cancel / refund your order and you can place it again with the correct information.
If I have already created the label, but haven't shipped it yet - you can either pay an additional shipping fee for me to ship right away, or shipping will wait until the USPS refunds the incorrect label (can take days to weeks) to my account.
If the package has already shipped - there is nothing I can do to fix it. You can place another order right away, or we can wait and see if the package is returned to me. If it IS returned to me, you can cancel and get a refund minus the cost of shipping - or you can pay cost of shipping for me to send it again, to the correct address.
Returned Packages
I am no longer reaching out to customers who have their package returned to me for various reasons, including incorrect address, etc. If you notice that your item has been returned to sender, please send me an email with your order information and we can proceed/ you can purchase a new shipping label to have the item resent. After two months, the item will be restocked and you will need to purchase a new item. Thanks!
